  • 1 Leadenhall Street – acting as lead Public Health Engineer and responsible for detail design at this new tower bringing 28 floors of office accommodation, nearly 30,000ft² of retail space and a free public terrace to an important corner of the City of London. The 36-storey building will reside next to the Grade II*-listed Leadenhall Market, on the site of the ancient Roman Forum, an area home to several historic City structures, including the Lloyd’s building, St Michael’s Cornhill and St Peter upon Cornhill. The overall PH desing includes, zoned domestic hot&cold water services, sanitation & rainwater systems including rainwater attenuation as well as commercial sprinkler and wet riser systems. All PH systems have been modelled using Revit software by Wojciech Jakubiak.
  • Brunel Street Works – acting as lead Public Health Engineer and responsible for
    detail design for 975 new build dwellings, comprising of affordable rented,
    affordable shared , private for sale, private rented sales (PRS), Premier Inn
    turnkey 152 bed hotel & commercial / retail units.
  • Oaklands House – responsible for PH detail design for 605 new build dwellings,
    comprising of affordable, social rent and private apartments, across 3 tower
    blocks, together with commercial units at Oaklands House, London.
